Rent or hire this luxury Air Conditioned apartment on the La Manga Strip, with its incredible views of the Mediterranean to the west and the mountains to the east. It has a bedroom, kitchen, lounge and huge balcony, perfect for a couple. However it can also sleeps four, by converting the couch in the lounge. The huge balcony functions as an extra room, because it is fitted with Solid Glass Curtains, to protect you from any winter winds. These open back completely in the summer and even when closed do not spoil the breath taking view, in all directions.

Importantly for your peace of mind, we are not a business, it is our own apartment, but we supplement its cost, by letting it out when we are not there. In other words, it is a real and comfortable home, with all the trimmings for a comfortable stay.

The closest of these Marinas, is the world renowned Tomas Maestre, with its many bars and restaurants just 10 minutes 'stagger' away.

The apartment, is available from as little as £255 per week and is located in one of the nicest areas of Spain. There are several 'blue flag' sandy beaches, within a few minutes walk and if you are feeling lazy, it also has three communal swimming pools (summer time only). The balcony is not 'overlooked' and there are no apartments opposite.

La Manga is one of the best kept secrets of Spain! A sort of 'Spanish Florida Keys', the La Manga Strip is rarely more than 1000 meters wide and is some 15 miles long. With the Mediterranean to the East and the mirror like Mar Menor, to the west, it has long stretches of often deserted sand covered beaches. Most of the Mar Menor is very shallow and ideal for safe bathing. The weather is often around 16-20c in Winter, but rarely too hot in summer, thanks to being surrounded by water.

The area is served by both Murcia airport (45 mins) and Alicante airport (90 mins). The historic city of Cartagena (where Hannibal landed his Elephants before marching them over the Alps), with its many Roman ruins, huge harbour, numerous museums, restaurants and shops, is just 45 minutes drive away.
